About Us

Equiture makes all of its products in the UK using the highest quality materials including English Sedgwick leather and Preciosa and Swarovski diamantes.

The Equiture guarantee:

All our browbands come with a 1 year guarantee from the date of purchase. During this one year, if any damage happens to your browband, whether you or your horse had an accident (or your horse has eaten or stepped on it!) we will still repair it free of charge!

After the 1 year is up, if you browband still undergoes any damage, we are still happy to repair it and just ask for a small fee to cover return postage dependent on damage (see returns and repairs page for more details)

Our stock pins are also covered by the same guarantee. 

Our Crystals

Preciosa diamantes are ideal to be used on browbands due to the way the machine cut glass catches the light. Preciosa crystals are genuine Czech crystals, made in the Czech Republic. There are many different colours produced by Preciosa, many of which we supply and are available to be used on any of our products.

We stock all of the Preciosa colour range, if you can't see the colour you need on our site, please message us and we will be happy to order in specially if it is available, no extra cost. We can also do bespoke alternating chains and fade browbands on request.

Stones come in 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 6mm and 8mm! The larger the stone, the bigger the sparkle.

Our Leather

The leather products are all made using Sedgwick English leather and is hand stitched by saddlers in Walsall. The leather is available in black or havana.

All our browbands are backed using genuine leather for easy care and clean.

We sell our browbands in straight or curve in 8mm- 18mm in width.

Size Guide

Browband sizes are as follows: Pony: 14" Cob: 15" Full: 16" XFull: 17" XXFull: 18" we also have some 20" browbands in black and havana leather available on request. We measure all our browbands flat, straight across, including loops. Please follow guide in the image below.

Our standard loop size is 1.5". We find this fits the majority of bridle headpieces including comfort bridles but message us if you have any questions related to this.  

We also sell browbands with loops for rolled bridles or bridles that need the split loops for the throat lash (2.5"). Please contact me if you would like to order any of the designs with these special loops.
