All Browbands, stock pins, earrings and fly veils are made to order by hand here in the UK, for this reason we do not accept returns on these four items. However, if the browband does not fit sufficiently, we do accept exchanges as long as a contribution towards return postage is given (£3-£5 for Uk customers, £10 for international). Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for health reasons.
Should you wish to return any non custom item to us, a full refund will be issued, minus postage costs. Return postage cost is to be paid by the customer. The item must be returned to us within 14 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact.
Please allow up to 28 days for your account to be credited with a refund. Please note that refund value will match the price of the product at time of purchase. No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 14 days of signing for the package. Any returned goods must include a covering letter with your contact details, stating the reason for return. Equiture (UK) Limited will have the final decision on any action taken with regard to this subject. We are unable to accept any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).

All browbands are sent with a small bag of spare crystals. We ask that you keep these crystals safe in the rare circumstance that a crystal falls out, they can be easily repaired with tweezers.
To care for your browband, we recommend cleaning with a toothbrush to get rid of any dirt from between the stones. Whilst doing this we also recommend that you check the prongs that keep the crystals in place to make sure they are all flush with the stone to prevent any more falling out.
If the browband needs further repair, each browband, fly veil and stock pin comes with a 12 month guarantee. This guarantee is activated on the day of purchase. We will make the decision as to whether the item can be repaired or whether it needs to be replaced with a new item.
If you have had your browband for longer than the 12 month and it becomes damaged, we will still repair the browband for you but will ask for contribution towards return postage (£5 for UK and £10 for international). If the browband needs complete reconstruction, we may ask for a slightly higher payment to cover cost of replacement parts. For a quote, please email us pictures of the damage.
